Reversing judgment on original appeal, affirming on cross-appeal.

The action was instituted by appellee, Edward Ahrens, against appellant, Katrine Ahrens, for divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, subsequently amended to include the ground of five years separation. Appellant joined issue by answer, originally counterclaimed for alimony only, but, by amendment, alleged abandonment and cruel and inhuman treatment and prayed for divorce in addition to alimony.
