LEMLEY, District Judge.
This cause, which is an action brought by the plaintiif, Mrs. Dovie Burk, to recover upon a policy of national service life insurance issued to her son, Hugh A. Burk, deceased, has been submitted to the Court upon an agreed statement of facts and written briefs.
