This was an action by Lucy J. Vandusen and Conrad, her husband, and John Craig, against James Dunning and Nancy, his wife, to recover certain real estate.

*424There were four paragraphs in the complaint, but they were all finally withdrawn, except the first, to which a demurrer was filed by the defendants, for want of sufficient facts; but it was overruled, and exception taken. Final judgment was rendered for the plaintiffs.

The only error assigned is based upon the ruling of the court in overruling the demurrer.
