Tedious as an oft told tale, this litigation, concerning some phase or another of the same thirteen bonds, is now on its fifth appearance in this Court.1 A part of the snarl in which the case is enmeshed grew out of two pronouncements by the Supreme Court of Florida, in the first of which it was held that bonds similar to those issuqd by the Board of Public Instruction of Broward County were void; but in a subsequent decision it was held that such bonds were not void.
