OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This is an appeal from the denial of an application for the Writ of Habeas Corpus. Appellant filed the application for the writ seeking to avoid extradition to the State of Florida.

At the hearing the State introduced a warrant for the arrest of Appellant which was issued by the Governor of Texas on February 5, 1988. The governor’s warrant is regular on its face. The State then rested. Appellant testified that he never received a copy of the governor’s warrant or any supporting documents.
