It is to be noted that, neither in the order for the removal of the appellant from the office of collector of the estate of the deceased, nor in any other order to be found in the record before us, is there any adjudication by the court below of the cpiestion of concealment of assets that was raised by the petition of the appellees; and that the removal of the appellant is based, not upon any such concealment, but upon the impropriety of the collectorship being vested in one interested in the litigation.
