The plaintiff-creditor, First National Bank of McClusky (Bank), commenced the above-entitled adversary proceeding by Complaint filed on September 20, 1993, requesting that the defendant-debtor, Randy Zinke (Zinke), be denied a discharge generahy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) and (a)(4). In the alternative, the plaintiff seeks to have outstanding prepetition indebtedness declared nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B), (a)(4), and (a)(6).
