Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Delin, J.), rendered August 26, 1985, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, rape in the first degree, murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, and attempted robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
