This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Pemiscot County setting aside a sale under a special execution based upon a judgment for drainage district taxes. May 19, 1933, the collector filed in the circuit court a petition against defendant owners to recover delinquent drainage taxes due Drainage District No. 6 on certain lands. Judgment was obtained November 22, 1933. November 24, 1933, execution was issued.
