The relators in this proceeding- seek a peremptory writ of mandamus to compel the County Court of Wayne County to order an election, upon what is claimed to be a sufficient petition, to ascertain in the statutory manner, the will of the voters of that county, on the question of relocation of its county seat or removal thereof from the town of Wayne to the City of Kenova.
