Claude Davis (appellant) was convicted after a jury trial of one count of burglary with intent to commit larceny under Code § 18.2-91, one count of grand larceny under Code § 18.2-95, one count of attempted arson under Code §§ 18.2-77 and 18.2-26, and one count of violation of a protective order under Code § 16.1-253.2.
