One William H. Carney is brought before the court charged with contempt. The complaint alleges with sufficient allegation of time and place that he “did institute proceedings in said county court without being an attorney of said court, and did wrongfully pretend to the office of an attorney of said court.” Process has issued against him to appear and show cause why he should not be dealt with as for a contempt on account of his said doings and pretendings.
