On November 29, 2010, the Court granted a motion for default judgment filed by plaintiff National Casualty Company (“Na tional Casualty”) against defendants Joel Lopez and City Waste Services of New York, Inc. (“City Waste”). On May 25, 2011, counsel for City Waste convened a joint conference call to Chambers and requested permission to file a motion to vacate the default judgment.
