This was an action under the Federal employer’s liability act of April 22, 1908, to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff through the negligence of the defendant and the co-employees of the plaintiff. It was alleged as follows: The defendant, the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, ra railroad corporation of the State of Tennessee, operates a line of railroad in Georgia, in Tennessee, and in other States.
