All of the parties have consented to the exercise of magistrate judge jurisdiction over this matter, including the entry of final judgment. Before the Court is De fendant Mazoffs motion [Docket No. 13] to dismiss Plaintiffs state law claims against him.

Plaintiffs, who are represented by counsel, filed a complaint in the Maricopa County Superior Court on November 30, 2007.
