COUNTISS, Justice.

This is a workers’ compensation case. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. arts. 8306 et seq. (Vernon 1967 & Supp.1985). The jury failed to find that Joe Mayo was an employee or borrowed employee of Lawrence Ward Trucking, Incorporated, an insured of appellee Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company. That verdict is challenged in this Court by Mayo’s widow, appellant Pamela Mayo, who advances three points of error.
