WOODBURY, Chief Judge.
This petition for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board presents something more than the routine question of the sufficiency of the evidence to support the Board’s findings of fact.
The respondent-employer is a Rhode Island corporation engaged in the real estate business in and around the City of Providence. It sells homes already built for a broker’s commission, builds new homes for sale and sells insurance.
