D.A. (the Father) appeals from a dependency adjudication with respect to his minor child, R.A. We affirm the supplemental *1138dependency adjudication order entered below.

R.A. came to the attention of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF), on March 2, 2011, when her parents checked themselves into a residential drug rehabilitation facility and left R.A. with a friend who runs a halfway house.
