TAMILIA, J.:

¶ 1 Matthew Krushinski Craig appeals the December 28, 2006, Order granting the Amateur Softball Association of America’s (ASA) motion for summary judgment and dismissing his complaint with prejudice.

¶ 2 On May 12, 2002, appellant was struck in the head by a softball while playing an Eastern Suburban League slow-pitch softball game organized under ASA rules. Unfortunately, appellant was not wearing a helmet when he was struck. On August 2, 2004, appellant filed a pro se complaint alleging he had suffered serious injuries as a result of the accident.
