— In an action to recover a brokerage commission, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Martin, J.), entered September 17, 1986, which denied the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and granted the cross motion of the defendants Schornstein and Webster Hill Realty Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
