This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, entered in term time, removing appellant Shed Castle from the office of deputy sheriff. It was based on the provisions of Mississippi Code 1942, Bee., section 4235:

“Every sheriff shall have power to appoint one or more deputies, and to remove them at pleasure; every such appointment to be in writing; and such deputies shall have authority to do all the acts and duties enjoined upon their principals. . . .
