This matter is before the court for disposition of defendant wife’s claims for permanent alimony, counsel fees and costs incurred in this divorce action. Both parties have filed complaints seeking divorce pursuant to Section 201(d) of the Divorce Code, and there is no dispute as to the propriety of entrance of a decree of divorce. The record also indicates that the parties entered into a property settlement agreement disposing of the various assets of the parties.
