| iDefendant-appellant, Dan Grady, filed this appeal asking that we reverse the ruling of the district court which disqualified him from being a candidate for the Office of District Attorney of the Thirty-Fifth Judicial District. A panel of three judges heard arguments on July 30, 1996, and rendered a judgment. The defendant-appellant applied to the Louisiana Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari and/or review.
