Tiie heirs of William Johnson, deceased, filed a bill in chancery against James Johnson., who had been their guardian and the administrator of their father’s esiatet and also against his sureties for a settlement of his accounts. Afterwards, they filed an amended bill, in which they alleged that the legislature of Kentucky having, in the session 1817-18, passed an act authorizing their said guardian to sell all or any of the lands which had descended to them from their grand father, Robert John*365son, he afterwards, pursuant to said act, sold their ill-terest in a tract of land on the Ohio…
