DURHAM, Justice:

11 Plaintiff Press Publishing Ltd. (Press) entered into numerous contracts with Matol Botanical International Ltd. (MBI) for the provision of printing services. After disputes arose between the parties, MBI sued Press for breach of contract. Press counterclaimed, alleging that defendants misappropriated its creative work. Eventually, MBI voluntarily withdrew its claims and defendants sought summary judgment on Press's counterclaims. The district court ruled in defendants' favor and this appeal followed.
