I agree with the majority that the summary judgment rendered in favor of the Appellees in the declaratory judgment action should be reversed. But the majority remands the case to the trial court, apparently for the purpose of allowing the parties to establish whether Daisy Eastwood (the alleged tortfeasor and additional individual insured under the policy endorsement) has an ownership interest in the property.
