hln this unemployment benefits dispute, Claimant Christiner Yolanda Jackson appealed the decision of the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s (“the Commission”) 111 days after it was mailed to her last known address. After the Commission determined that the appeal was untimely, Ms. Jackson appealed its decision to the Louisiana Workforce Commission Appeals Tribunal (“the Appeals Tribunal”), 21 days later.
