DECUIR, Judge.

| í Appellant, Mary Brumfield, appeals a judgment of the trial court granting the petition of her sister, Florence Fessler, for partition by licitation of certain immovable property. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS

In 2004, sisters Florence Fessler (Fes-sler) and Mary Brumfield (Brumfield) both became widows. With Christmas approaching, Fessler invited Brumfield to come down from her home in Missouri and visit with her in Leesville, Louisiana.
