Appellee, Arlie Carpenter, obtained an “open-end” award based on a finding by the Workmen’s Compensation Board that appellee was totally disabled (at the date of the Board’s award, November 9, 1964). The Board found that it could not determine, “with any degree of medical certainty, the degree of the permanency of * * * disability,” and provided that the matter may be re-examined pursuant to KRS 342.-125.
