SHAIN, P. J.

In motion for a- rehearing the defendant, the appellant, makes claim that in the opinion handed down by us that all the questions presented have not' been decided. ' This 'case presents grave questions of public and private interest and with a desire to fulfill our whole duty touching all issues presented, we conclude to hand down this opinión on rehearing.'
