This is an appeal from an order dissolving a, temporary injunction which had been granted upon, a complaint without notice.
The motion to dissolve was based solely upon the summons and complaint. It was heard on behalf of defendant at the date fixed in the notice, but, upon the written request of plaintiff's counsel, they were granted further time to be heard.
