TAFT, Justice.
Appellant, Adler Paper Stock, Inc. (Adler Paper), appeals from a take-nothing judgment rendered in favor of appellee, Houston Refuse Disposal, Inc. (Houston Refuse). After a three-day jury trial, the case was submitted to the jury to determine whether Houston Refuse violated the Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) in connection with a lease agreement between Adler Paper and Houston Refuse.
