Kinsey v. State ex rel. Shirk

This is the second appeal to this court, in this cause. The opinion and judgment of the court on the former appeal are reported, under the title of Kinsey v. State, ex rel., 71 Ind. 32. The suit was originally brought in the Henry Circuit Court, but after it was remanded on the former appeal, on the appellants’ application, the venue was changed to the court below.
