This is a 'bankruptcy proceeding instituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203. The appellee made a proposal for an extension of time to pay its debts. The appellant presented and filed a claim for $150,000 with interest thereon at the rate of six percent per annum from the first day of October, 1937, secured by mortgages upon the real estate of appellee.
