This is an action in which plaintiff tenant seeks damages from the defendant lessor allegedly resulting from the illegal en*507try and repossession by defendant of the rented premises, and his destruction of plaintiff’s furniture and personal effects contained therein. Defendant reconvened against plaintiff for damages to his property and for unpaid rent.
