PATTERSON, Retired Appellate Judge.

David Mitchell Browder, Billy Alford Welch, and Paul Lamar Stinson were each indicted, in alternative counts, for conspiracy to traffic in marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, and possession of marijuana. Their cases were consolidated for a jury trial. Browder and Welch were convicted of the crime of conspiracy to traffic in marijuana. Ala.Code 1975 §§ 13A-12-204 and 13A-4-3.
