OPINION
WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Richard Oeland and Harold Wells sued their former employer, Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, for violations of various federal statutes. The district judge entered summary judgment in favor of Shriners, based on the report and recommendation of a magistrate judge.
