—Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed September 23, 1991, which ruled that claimant had a causally related total disability from August 5, 1987 to January 22, 1991 and a permanent partial disability thereafter.

On September 19, 1985 claimant, while performing his duties as a police officer, injured his back and right knee.
