HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.
We granted en banc review in this case to maintain the uniformity of circuit law and to follow applicable Supreme Court precedent. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, a debt collector who sues to collect a consumer debt must sue in the “judicial district or similar legal entity” where the debtor lives or signed the contract in question. 15 U.S.C. § 1692i.
