DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
—This conviction was for murder, the punishment being assessed at life imprisonment in the penitentiary.
I. A bill of exception recites that the witness Hughes testified that he had in his possession a bullet which he had procured from W. H. Halton, an undertaker, of Denison; that the bullet had been in his possession since it was turned over by Mr. Halton and was in the same condition as when delivered to him by Halton. Halton testified that he removed from the body of the deceased a bullet, which he turned over to Hughes, the constable, and that the bullet exhibited…
