OPINION

BRETT, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Leroy Alvin Woodrow, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried without jury and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Cases Nos. CRF-7S-996 and CRF-75-997, for the crimes of Possession of Marihuana With Intent to Distribute, in violation of 63 O.S.Supp.1975, § 2-401, and Possession of a Controlled Drug, in violation of 63 O.S.Supp.1975, § 2-402. His punishment was fixed at a term of four (4) years’ imprisonment in the State penitentiary for each offense, with the sentences to run concurrently. From said judgments and sentences,…
