In his appeal from the final decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board, affirming an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner denying him a compensation disability award, the claimant, Clyde B. Linville, contends that the Commissioner and Board erred in refusing to sustain his claim for a total perma*551nent disability award and for a percentage permanent disability award on account of a broken left wrist attributed by him to a coal mining accident.
