It appears in the evidence submitted to the court that on the 26th of April, 1891, the schooner Agnes 1. Grace, bound for Port Royal, S. 0., loaded with a cargo of jute bagging, put into Tybeo roads under a stress of weather. The wind was strong, and from the .East N. E.
