This is a petition to review an order of the referee in bankruptcy denying priority to a claim amounting to *694$203.25 filed by F. Blanche Walsh in the bankruptcy proceedings of Ye Ladies Shoppe, Inc. She relies upon section 64b(4) of the Bankruptcy Act (Comp.
