First—The legality of appellant’s lease is challenged on the ground, among others, that its execution was procured through fraud and false representations. The evidence shows that appellant’s lease was executed at Bowman’s residence. The only persons who testify to the occurrences at the time the lease was executed are Pierce and Bowman. Pierce testifies that he was down in Bowman’s neighborhood looking for leases and that Bowman’s father-in-láw sent him over to see Bowman.
