Proceedings for injunction against appellant were instituted under Code 1942, Section 2646 to abate as a nuisance his establishment known as Rainbow Tun. Decree was rendered January 14, 1942, declaring and abating as a nuisance this property and requiring bond in the sum of five hundred dollars to guarantee against the violation of the prohibition laws within the space of two years from the date thereof.
