OPINION

ANGELINI, Justice.

This appeal arises from the granting of summary judgment in a suit to foreclose on a judgment hen. In eight points of error, appellants contend that the trial court erred in granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment and denying appellants’ motion for summary judgment because the judgment hen did not comply with the statutory requirements and, therefore, never attached to the property. We reverse the judgment of the trial court and render judgment in favor of appellants.
