People v. Bavone

Defendant, Ernest Bavone, Jr., appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County denying his petition to rescind the summary suspension of his driving privileges. We affirm.

On December 8, 2007, defendant was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11 — 501(a)(2) (West 2006)). The arresting officer, Andrew Pelliccioni, served defendant with written notice of the statutory summary suspension of defendant’s driving privileges.
