[¶ 1] Jessica L. Hamm appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Waterville, Dow, J.) awarding sole parental rights and responsibilities of the parties’ daughter to Budd P. Grant. See 19-A M.R.S. § 1653 (2011). Hamm argues that the court abused its discretion by relying largely on its determination that she willfully misused the protection from abuse process, 19-A M.R.S. § 1653(3)(0), to the exclusion of other best interest factors and without making adequate findings. We affirm the judgment.
