DENTON, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the trial court overruling appellant’s plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, the county of its residence. Suit was filed by Custom Leasing, Inc., against George W. Gentry and wife, Alma Gentry, Gentry Construction Company and James E. Lyles, for the amount due under an equipment lease contract, and to recover possession of the equipment so leased.
